Free shipping is available within Canada, depending on your province. Orders between $100–$200 may qualify for free shipping; however, this is subject to change based on fluctuating delivery rates. Please note that free shipping is not available for rural areas or P.O. boxes and cannot be combined with discounts, promotions, or special offers. How to book:

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible while respecting the time and energy put into preparing for your event.

Deposits & Payments

A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to secure your event date. This ensures your booking is reserved and all preparation time is allocated.

Client Cancellations

• Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event date may be eligible for a partial refund (excluding the deposit).

• Cancellations made less than 14 days or within 48 hours before the event are non-refundable.

Rescheduling

• One reschedule request is permitted if made atleast 7 days in advance, subject to availability.

• Rescheduling requests made within 7 days of the event may not be accommodated.

Late Arrivals/ No-shows

• Late arrivals may result in reduced service time.

• No-shows without notice will result in forfeiture of payment.

Cancellations by Us

In the rare event that we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, emergencies, venue issues). We will do our best to reschedule where possible.
